Job Overview

We are currently seeking a Store Manager to join our growing team! The store manager is responsible for all convenience store operations. Our store managers hire, train, schedule and motivate employees to provide exceptional customer service.

Pay $45,000-$55,000 DOE

Responsibilities

  • Lead a positive work environment
  • Recruit, train, manage and motivate employees
  • Manage inventory
  • Schedule employees
  • Ensure store is clean, safe, stocked and well kept
  • Set expectations for high level customer service
  • Adhere to company policies
  • Completion of daily paperwork and computer entry
  • Store cash management

Qualifications

  • High school diploma is required
  • 1 year of previous managerial experience in a retail store, restaurant or retail environment is preferred
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends, and be available to respond to incidents and emergencies.
  • Ability to coach, train and manage employees
  • Effective communication skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Positive attitude
